Customer's Rights and Obligations

- Customers should not act inconsistent with the company's terms and conditions, policies, or general social norms. If this behavior damages other customers or companies, the customer is responsible for the damage.
- Customers must enter their exact information when signing up for membership. You may not be protected by the company for damages caused by stealing other people's personal information or registering false information. In addition, civil and criminal liability may arise under relevant laws.
- If customers have difficulty using the game, they can receive inquiries and solutions to the problem through a 1:1 inquiry at the customer center on the website (https://vfun.valofe.com/customer/support?service_code=bsquad)
- Customers can request or suggest a consultation with the GMs (Game Masters) of Black Squad for smooth game play. In addition, the customer must report the bug found in the game to the GMs, where the GMs does its best to correct the reported bug and correct the situation caused by the bug. Please note that the use of the game may be restricted if you abuse it or spread it to nearby customers without reporting it.
- Customers can contact the GMs through official channels such as customer support and request improvement if they are treated unfairly or are damaged by in-game problems.
- Customers must make every effort to protect their IDs. Customers must create an ID using their personal information. At this time, you should not use other customers' personal information or false information. IDs created using information or false information from other customers may not be protected by operational policies and cannot claim rights to related IDs. You may not receive proper help from the company for problems caused by your irresponsible actions.

Name Policy
- The Character Name and Clan Name can be freely decided by the customer. However, if it is offensive and inappropriate, the GMs can change/delete/release the Character Name or Clan Name or restrict the use of the game to create a good environment and protect other customers.

- - Names that disparage or intends to disparage a specific religion, race, company, etc.

Precautions When Playing Games
The GMs can respond quickly to any actions that interfere with smooth game operation or destroy the game environment (including the items below) and take appropriate measures to protect other customers in accordance with the general order and norms shared by customers and companies. This applies to all accounts accessed with the same IP if characters in violation of operational policy are found, and game use may be permanently restricted if multiple operational policy violations are found.
- Unhealthy acts and disturbing the order in the game
Unhealthy behavior refers to acts that intentionally interfere with other customers' smooth use of games or can offend other customers on games or bulletin boards.
If the customers have commited such unhealthy and speculative behavior suchs as betting, dividends, etc. performed in the game using in-game and outside-game content (cash transactions or any similar behavior), fraudulent activities (using false information to deceive the customers, obtain items and money in an unfair way) bug/system abuse/exploit, obstruction of operations, unlicensed use of programs/theft of game information (modify the game clients in any way), slander, blackmail, profanity, obscenity, violation of name policy, use of unofficial third-party programs in any way, the GMs may impose a higher penalty reflecting the frequency, severity, repetition, etc. to unhealthy customers from using games according to its operational policies to protect healthy game environments and other customers.
However, the act of exchanging, arranging, or repurchasing tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of games is illegal in violation of the current laws.
Therefore, if this is the case, the use of the ID can be restricted permanently without prior notice to the relevant customer in the first detection, and the customer can be punished by relevant laws and regulations.

Dormant ID Policy

- Customers should take utmost care not to expose personal information and ID information such as IDs and passwords to others and should be liable for damages or consequences caused by the customer's intentional negligence.
- Customers who register and use game IDs are responsible for the damage caused by ID sharing, transfer, cash and in-kind transactions.
